Registrar – paid role, $6,000 p.a., ideal as a part time role for university student, or someone returning to the workforce. Computer and people skills essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of pre-registration mailer to last year’s players.  Ensure all Beecroft players are correctly registered with the Club, GHFA and NWSWF.  Co-ordinate registration of all players throughout the season including setup in systems.  Collect and collate player details and fees.  Reconcile revenues in conjunction with the Treasurer.
  • Keep members details data base current and produce lists as required.
  • Arrange for club team photos and medals / trophies later in the season.
  • Receive all team results and ensure they are forwarded to GHFA and NWSWF by 10 am Monday – GHFA may become electronic this year, although chasing Coaches and Managers for missing results will still be necessary.
  • Other assistance as and when required.
Computer and people skills essential.
Remuneration $6,000 p.a. paid as $500 / month.
