This Saturday, August 8th, Beecroft Wombats FC is hosting a special “Back to the Burrow” community day at Cheltenham Oval, and we’d love for you to join us.
We are teaming up with the Heartbeat of Football Foundation (proudly supported by Community Bank Epping) to provide completely FREE Heart Health Checks to anyone in the community over the age of 18.
What to expect:
- Free Health Checks: From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, trained nurses will be on-site to test blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. It takes less than 10 minutes and you get your results instantly!
- Local Football: We have senior men’s matches kicking off at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.
- Club BBQ: The BBQ will be sizzling all afternoon, so come grab a snag!
You don’t need to be a football player to participate. Whether you are walking the dog past the oval or just want to pop down to prioritise your health, everyone is welcome.
